Well, no luck on a spare. But did have the time today to pull the relay and examine it. Really didn't see any obvious bad joint. But did notice 2 traces that looked suspect. I was able to reflow those 2 areas only because they both were on an edge and not in the middle. Tested works. I'll know more tomorrow when on the interstate.
