For those who second guess themselves about road trips in old cars. (Zero Volvo content, sorry) 120-130

I know this does not belong here on a Volvo board, but.. I do see lots of talk about taking trips in these old cars, so I figured I'd share what I've been up to. Figured my pushrod friends here might enjoy...

Short story, sold my '53 Jaguar XK120 about 4 years ago to a friend who recently moved to Oregon. I've been storing it for him since.

Wanted to get out to the coast this summer, and figured it would be a good idea to deliver the car to him (which I should be doing today)

From Colorado to Grants Pass, OR, the long way, via the coast. ~1700 miles, and only minor problems.

I say, it's a car. Drive it!
