Vents only blow HOT - Replace Heater Control Valve ? 200

Hello again folks,
My vents are only blowing HOT air.
I have removed the housing around the
center console and located the heater
control valve next to the driver's
right foot. When I move the lever from
cool to heat and back to cool I can see the heater control
valve also move as if it is opening and
closing, but I am only getting HOT air
from the vents.
Is there a fix for this or do I need to
replace the heater control valve?
