Admittedly redundant center cap/lug nut question by newbie 200 1993

I have decided to buy a set of 14" Scorpius (OEM#35291806) rims. Where in the world do you get the center caps and lugs? I've been searching for them on Google, and I swear the U.S. nuclear missle defense system seems to be less shrouded in secrecy than info on these. Am I right in guessing that I am looking at $35 or so a wheel for the lugs and $40 or so for the center caps? Dang - that is a kick in the nethers!

I haven't ruled out Virgo rims, either, but having the same mysterious center cap/lug issue.

Also, would a 195/60/14, a 195/65/14 or a 205/65/14 tire fit on the Scorpius? I believe I have read that the Virgo will take a 205/65/15. Or will it take a 60?

Thanks in advance for your help and also thanks for your responses to my first post regarding a '93 5 speed. Going with an auto (I know, I am a wuss.)
