Hi Have a spare 230F, 210 k, comp. 180 psi straight, convert to 230F+T? 700

My 1992 745 T main shaft went bad, loose harmonic balance grind ed the axle, and was planning to use my spare engine, the block, and use the head and turbo from the 92. I have checked around for a "brass-T" for the oil feed, to the turbo, and would be happy with any help with anything that has, and needs, to be done in order to get it back on the road.
Thank you, a happy Swede, with 3 running Volvo's and hope to get the 4th one, the 92 745, 210 k, running this fall?
