1993 Regina 940 wagon - blue injectors - yellow nozzle caps ? 900

Quick question,
I ordered the Bosch injector seal kit. it came with 3 O-rings a grey spacer and a plasic yellow nozzle cap.
When I pulled my injectors off the manifold, they have steel tips and did not have any plastic nozzle cap. Is the plastic nozzle cap only for the "yellow" non-regina style injectors ? There doesn't seem to be any way that little yellow cap would fit on my injectors or in my manifold.
I haven't found any information on the "blue" style regina injectors requiring any type of protective cap such as the yellow ones supplied with the Bosch seal kit..
