Additional with power seats - Before cutting off power...

Raise front and rear of seat to max height.

Move seat back to max forward.

Loosen front bolts and then move seat to max forward. Then you will have easier access to the rear bolts. Remove them, move seat rearward just enough to remove front bolts. Now cut off the power.

When removing a passenger power seat from a S/90 wreck we found that getting the seat out was almost the same as pulling a 240 seat EXCEPT that there is a bolt with a "T" head that sticks down through the floor through a key-hole shaped hole. The seat must be moved (I forget, backward or forward) about an inch before it can be lifted out.

While you have both seats out, consider swapping the seat bottoms if that's possible. I would expect the passenger seat to be less worn than is the driver seat.
