Fair Retail Price - '90 240 w/67K miles 200

I have found an exceptionally clean white '90 240 with only 67,000 miles. New Bridgestones, good maintenance records, sunroof, everything works. The only bad things are the door pockets are torn off, it has the old crappy a/c system and the grill is faded. Paint and body are straight. Dealer wants $5900, which is outrageous in my eyes but perhaps realistic given the market for pristine 240s. With the mileage and options and retail pricing, KBB says its worth $2500 and NADA says $2325. That is no doubt too low. In your experienced opinion, what is this car worth? BTW, I am in Nashville, TN, so SE regional prices would apply.

Thanks in advance. I have really been enjoying this board and appreciate all of you who have responded to my posts. Lots of questions!

Rob
