Alternator questions 120-130 1967

Now that you know the alternator is a commonly used GM item and you've determined you need a replacement and you've had an example of a specific model suggested---I just wanted to let you know not to be "spooked" if the alignment of the power wire is not in a convenient position for you on the Volvo. The rear casing can be realigned by removing the four screws which hold it to the front case---rotate to the desired position and reinstall the four screws. -- Dave
