Tail lights Question, my answer 200

On the 245 (and my 965) that is a rear fog light. Changes over the years are (1) elimination of the right side fog light, and (2) linking to the headlight circuit so that the rear fog won't light unless low beams are on.

There should be a rocker switch, horizontal, near the headlight switch. It is supposed to light when the rear fogs are on.

Try your lights with low beams on. Depending on what model year you have, see what happens? Note that these lights, like the back-up lights, do not go trough the bulb failure warning system.

Good Luck,

Bob
