Brake failure light but no brake failure 200

Just replaced the rear calipers(again)on my 90 240DL.Also replaced all 4 rotors and pads.Drove the car for 2 days with no trouble.Today while braking I hear one caliper making noise[screeching] sound upon slowing down.I chalk that up to not putting enough brake grease on the pins and backs of pads.On the next stop I stepped on a the brake pedal a little harder. Now the Brake Failure light turned on and stays on.All the calipers are working. There are No leaks,no fluid loss anywhere. The car stops on a dime and the pedal is very firm, does not lose pressure. What am I missing?
