Squeaking Chirping sound from rear driver's door ??? 200 1993

Ok. So there is this super annoying chirping squeak sound, almost like a cricket, coming from the rear driver's side door whenever the car is in motion. I know it's coming from inside the door panel somewhere but I can't pinpoint it beyond that because I had to sit in the back with the wife driving to get it narrowed down to that side and I haven't had a chance to go further with the door panel off. Has anyone else come across such a thing? It's driving me nuts and we're about to go on an 1800 mile round trip road trip which I can't imagine surviving with that bloody noise.
