73 1800es bogging down

I have just brought a long sitting 73 es back to life. I put a rebuilt motor in from a 71 e. The car idles great but when pressing on the gas it hesitates and after the rpms get up a little it clears up. I am at a loss on where to start. I had the gas tank cleaned, new fuel filter, new plugs and points, the distibutor is advancing. Do I have a fuel injector problem?
Thanks Brickboard Users!
