Electrical gremlins 444-544

Hey guys!
Haven't been around in a while, but that's mainly because the car's been running brilliantly.

Last time I took the car out, though, the headlights and RIGHT rear turn signal weren't working (the other exterior lights work fine, although there's some goofiness with the dash lights, too), so I was poking around in the taillight assemblies with the running lights on to see if I could see anything obvious.

I found a broken ground connector, which I fixed, but it didn't cure the problem. Then I went around to the front of the car and noticed that the LEFT front running light/turn signal bulb was drawing so much juice that it had melted the plastic lens.

I'm guessing I need to look for a bad ground up front, but electrics are my weakest area. Any guidance/wisdom would be appreciated....
E.
