740 brake question 700

Howdy,
I have a frozen caliper so I'm going to do a brake job on my 91 740 wagon abs
my question is the brake hose that goes to the caliper is mated to
a 1 inch or so metal fitting that is on the caliper, do I disconnect the brake hose from that fitting, take it off from the caliper?
will the new calipers come with that fitting?
It also seems like I read about using 11mm wrench but my fittings are more
like 14-15mm
I probably drove about 7 miles under 40 mph with the caliper frozen, I just
had the front pipe put in and thought the smell was the new exhaust...
did this damage the rotors? I ordered to new calipers and pads, wondering if I should just get the rotors too, the brakes seemed great before it froze.
thanks in advance for you time and suggestions
regards,
pat
