Stalling when shifting into reverse (90 240 w/AW)

Thanks Big Harry and Bob.

Before I could get a chance to spend any time on the car it was once again out of my hands and headed home.

I am pretty sure the linkage is good as far as bushings are concerned and it does not feel sloppy. Given an opportunity I should clean the throttle body and check the switch and show the idle control valve a little attention.

There does not seem to be any lurching or excess engine movement- the motor mounts are pretty good. The CPS is in the clear.

Other than when I picked it up (hot) I could not get it to do it again, but he says it does it both hot and cold intermittently.

Randy
