Loose Ends & Searching For Dome Light Relay 200 1991

While on a continuous search for the cause of a non-stop chime in my '91 240 wagon, I have replaced all the fuses, checked several relays, and puled most of the dash apart but to no avail.

In the process of looking up and around the dash/instrument panel I did discover a few loose ends I was hoping you could help identify, and I cannot seem to find the dome light relay.

By the way, some of my current symptoms in addition to the non-stop chime are that the emergency flasher's internal blinking light does not illuminate when emergency flashers are on (yes, I've changed the bulb), the a/c "on" light does not illuminate either even after a bulb change, though I believe I have a bad a/c relay and have ordered another one.

I'll attach pictures of the loose ends I found and if you can help me decide if they're supposed to be in use, and where, I'd appreciate that. Also if you have a clue where the dome light relay is, I'd appreciate that info, too.
