Car doesn't start or stalls in rain

I've never thought of spraying WD-40. Interesting.

Well the problem seems to be the plug wires. They are brand new factory
replacement (Beaurecord?) according to FCP Groton. However, there seems to
be something with the connectors.

If I swap the wires with my other volvo, the car starts up and runs just
fine.

Of course, it finally stopped raining so now I don't know if that variable
is still in play LOL
