How to get Control Arm bolt out 140-160

Need to change out a passenger side control arm. Everything went great til it was time to pull the long bolt. The nut came off easy but the bolt won't budge. My impact will not break it loose, and the weight of the car on a wrench did not get it. The balljoint that is bad has been welded in place so I thought they may have welded the long bolt. I see that pretty impossible so I guess it is just rusted up solid. Anybody got any ideas? Plan to get some liquid wrench tomorrow but not real hopeful. Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks
