leaky ac pipe 900 1991

I need some advice please.
I have a drip coming from the connection of the ac pipe (10 years old) in the front under the car (passenger side). It is coming from one of the fittings. I tried to tighten it but the fittings do not budge. I even tried some penetrating solution without success. My questions:
1. Should l I try to loosen this up?
2. Should I just get a new pipe
