clutch hopping....bad bushings? 85 245 200 1985

I'm stilling having a weird shifting issue with my clutch.

New cable, new clutch (in the last year+) and I've had to re-adjust it at least 4 times in the month. It's like it's slow to engage (I guess) and causes a hopping in the back end.

Not like I'm literally hopping, but you know when you shift into gear too fast and don't give it enough gas and it kind of hops? that's the issue.

It also seems to slllllowly engage.

The part where the clutch cable comes through the firewall seems fine (it moves slightly, but I would suspect that's to be expected, considering it's rubber. The firewall itself does not look damaged).

Could it be the bushings? Shocks (or struts whatever the hell is in the back. I changed them in the last 4 years, so they have less than 30 K on them)?

Maybe the pedal connection is bad, I haven't looked yet. I'm going to call IPD tomorrow during lunch and make an appt to have them check it out. It's getting frustrating to drive from a dead stop into 1st and have it look, feel and sound like I've never driven a stick before.
