Oil pressure light flickering on - at idle after highway run 200 1985

Hi all,

As per the subject, the oil pressure light is coming on after a high speed run, in warm weather, followed by a period of idling, say at traffic lights.

The wiring to the sender was replaced within the last year, so I don't believe that's at fault.

Any other diagnostics any of you guys can suggest?
