intermittent no start in 240 200 1993

Battery ok, terminals cleaned. Alternator tested out fine. Every 2 weeks or so the key will turn with nothing happening. I realize it could be a connection or neutral safety switch, solenoid or bad starter or even a bad connection to the starter. However, it will jump start just fine.

Questions:

1. How to determine if it is the neutral safety switch. I replaced it less than 5 years ago.

2. How to determine solenoid vs starter being bad.

I will check the connections tomorrow from the battery to the starter as well as the grounds.
