Volvo 142 lower control arm-how are the bushings configured 140-160

does anyone have a schematic of how the bushings are put into the control arm. I've got two different configurations on my car and the replacement I bought. It looks like the front bushing is pressed in from the inside and the nylon bushing goes on the front bushing under the bolt head. Is the back bushing pressed in from the outside or inside? I can't really tell by my books. Thanks
