Title Problem 120-130

I recently purchased a genuine "Barn Find"
It is a 1968 Volvo 122S Station Wagon
VIN# 223461 P 063187
B18B engine with a 3sp Automatic. Mileage: 72,000 1/one owner miles. Last driven in 1974 than stored in a barn, (dirt/gravel floor which probably absorbed the moisture better than concrete). Some rust in the fenders and doors, but everthing else is all there. Engine turns over by hand. It will need a lot of work, but it does have a very nice interior. The rodents that nested in the engine compartment seemed to have moved out, and there is no evidence that they were ever in the interior.
The problem that has come up is that it is titled as a 1967 car. The Illinois DMV will not take my word for it that the car is a 1968.
All indication from the VIN number and the car itself says that it is a 1968 model year car. Dual circuit brakes, headrests, side marker reflectors, knee protection on the lower edge of the dashboard, dashboard knobs, etc.
Is there an official Volvo document available on-line that states what VIN numbers belong to what model year? Would anyone have such a document? Thanks
