Windshield Replacement 900

The moldings are available from the dealer. Check Tasca or Borton Volvo. They come in different styles so you will need the correct part number.
The windshield can be easily sliced out. But if your molding has rust, the pinch weld beneath is a prime candidate for rust as well. Now is the time to remove the glass and all the urethane adhesive, wire brush off any rust, and treat with Metal prep and POR-15 or similar, then repaint to match the car body. BTW, you will probably need new clips along with the molding. See the FAQ for details.
