1993 240 issues please advise 200

I picked up an amazing 1993 244, white with black interior, near mint and for what i think is an amazing price.

ok now the issues:

For one i have an oil leak on the right front of the motor, right at the top of the head. I think it might be the cam seal? Its more like weeping then a leak

The breaks seem strange, they kind of have not so good stopping power then suddenly stop, i also have shaking when stopping from a faster speed

The wipers make a horrid clunking sound as the go up and down.

Other than that this has has to be the most clean 240 i have ever seen, new shocks all around, new cat and cat back pipes, like new in side, smells almost new, working AC! Rides like a new car. Even a factory arm rest with cup holders!! Past NYS inspection this week.
