Just bought a 1982 turbo -- what to look at 200 1982

This is the earliest 240 I have bought. I will need some advice on what to look for...timing belt is broken now, so I purchased it not running. At least it has intact lights, wheels, and interior. Now, it being a Southern car, will the wiring harness be an issue?

After I replace the belt, tensioner and seals, then what will be the next things to look at? I plan on treating this as a long term project.

The only turbos I have had are the 740 series. So, with them I had the intake tube with the pinholes and minor stuff like that. What can be some issues related to the turbo I need to look at?

Any suggestions are appreciated ... as always!
