Shock/Strut Insert question 200

I am having a difficult time finding the dimensions of shocks/strut inserts. I need the fully compressed length and the fully extended length. I am really not going to pull mine apart just to check this before I buy shocks/strut inserts to change them. I am gathering the parts to lift my 240 up about 2.5"-3" so I need to buy longer shocks, as this is typically not done, I cant exactly go to the usual places to get longer shocks for this vehicle. So I am going back to some of my off-road parts places and am going to find the ones that have the right attachment type, diameter, and length for this application. I would like to have ALL parts needed BEFORE I do this as this is my DD and it would need to be done all in one day/weekend. The taller springs are easy, rerouting the exhaust OVER the axle is easy, will need adjustable rear track bar, and will look into the possibility of longer brake lines (I hope not) but the only big variable here is the shocks/strut inserts.

If anyone can either point me in the right direction for this info (fully compressed length and the fully extended length of shocks/strut inserts) or if you have this info, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
