Replaced odometer gear - still not working 200 1991

Ok - the old gear WAS broken. Replaced it, cleaned out the broken teeth that were meshed in the other gear, put everything back together - still doesn't work.

Got the pins seated corectly on the speedo (three on one side, one on the other), speedo still works, odometer doesn't.

Anything to troubleshoot before I start looking for broken solder joints or other hard to find issues?
