Engine hesitates when accelerating 140-160 1974

Yuk! Get rid of that fuel. The cleaner is a good idea, but if the fuel was 4-5 years old, it will be tough to just "flush" the varnish out. And it's unlikely that you can turn old crap into good fuel by just diluting it. I'd bet on having to scrape some areas of the fuel system, but I'm not very familiar with the CIS systems.

Your compression is questionable too. Those figures exceed a difference of 10% which is a general rule of thumb.
