Electrical whine in 740 cabin ... like a defibrilator?

Vac leak? Turbo's have at least two and possibly three vac sources in the cabin. There is the boost gauge, the climate control feed and the ACC sensor vac in the dome light. Since vac comes from the pump on the turbos, it would be the same at idle as higher rpm's.
