I don't know if this will help, but I recently raised my 240's rear suspension by 4cm using heavy load blocks. The OE (Sachs) shocks can easily accomodate 4cm extra. I don't know about raising the front -- I was just interested in not having the rear sag with 4 people in the car + 2 canoes + gear.

Won't raising the front and rear have adverse/dangerous effects on handling?
