223GT True or False 120-130

All

I have just discovered a 223GT on the attached link.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LetYrRJBLv8

I was trying to work out how genuine this model is as I have never heard of a 223GT. It seems to have all the GT bits (wing mirrors, power booster, extra relays, GT steering wheel, seats, tacho, dash). The only thing that looks strange is the old style grill and not 67 model as claimed. Has anyone ever heard of this model and if true would certainly be rated as extremely rare. Looks like it is in Sweden and may have had several transplants.

Regards
123GT
