Rear calipers 140-160

Alright so, I have two questions. First, I wanted to know if rear 240 brake calipers can be fitted to a 140. I tried ordering correct 140 Girlings from Rock Auto but they only have a rear right-hand side caliper... not the left side. If the 240 calipers don't fit, which ones would?
Also, my left rear axle seal is leaking a small amount of oil, are parts hard to find to remedy that situation?
