Although I'd like to hear you put a lot more fuel in the tank, the comment on the "engine ground" has me thinking about whether someone you are not yet aware of hit this thing with reverse polarity in an attempt to jumpstart it. First suspect in something like that would be AMM, followed by ECU. Try it with AMM disconnected, once you get some gas in the tank.

If by engine ground you mean the braided wire at the firewall, that's a radio interference ground and irrelevant.
