Regina Idle Adjustment 700 1991

Okay so this is my first regina. Ive been reading through previous post's and FAQ info on adjusting the idle up.
Ive cleaned the throttle body, tried a different Knock Sensor, Replaced all Vac hoses that could have has a leak, Full tune up, Clean IAC.

Idles good when cold then drops as it heats up, sometimes to stalling point, has yet to stall. Big lag from start on acceleration.

So where is this idle adjustment plaste screw at?
