1961 544 $1800 Denton, Texas 444-544

This '61 PV544 has a B18 engine in it. This B18 was rebuilt before being swapped into this car, so I was told. It doesn't run, but isn't far from running condition. What it would need to run, would be a distributor cap, valve cover screws (I lost them), and (I think) it will need battery cables, an ignition coil with switch, and rebuilt carburetors. I have carburetors I can include but they will need rebuilding. It will need a battery, and flushing the gas tank wouldn't be a bad idea either, though I had a pneumatic brake bleeder hooked up to the fuel line a while back and it was flowing freely. Has the 4 speed manual transmission. I don't know if the clutch is ok or not. It probably needs the clutch slave cylinder. There is no serious rust on this car. The worst of the rust is the floor pans, which I don't consider terrible. Replacing them would be ideal, but you may be able to spot weld them some and coat them in POR and be fine. I don't have the front bumper, but I do have a spare hood and nose piece (piece that the grille and hood hinges mount to) which I am including. The extra hood and nose piece that are included are the ones you will need for the bigger B18 radiator, if you want to do that conversion. However, I've seen several 444's and 544's with B18's and B16 radiators, apparently it isn't a problem. I don't know how long this car has been sitting, I have had it stored in my shop for two years. The inspection sticker is barely readable but looks like it says 1985. It does have a title, but it's not in my name. I'm pretty sure that you will be able to do a painless title transfer from the previous legal owner's name. It needs 4 new tires for sure. I can deliver the car anywhere within a few hundred miles of DFW, but will need at least half the payment through Paypal up front, and additional gas money. If you are local, I'll deliver it free. The car is located in Roanoke, TX right now, anyone can schedule to come take a look at it if they want. Any questions, feel free to ask.
