98 S90 alarm issues S90-V90

I have an S90 and first I do not have the remote for it but every once in a while the alarm horn will sound when I unlock the door and open it. Also sometimes it would not even turn over but all the dash lights would be on. Does anyone have any ideas or had similar problems ,thanks.
