Multiple Accessory Simultaneous Failure 200 1992

After doing some more searching here, I'm convinced it must be the ignition switch. Circuits 1, 2, and 3, as well as the SRS go pol 'X' on the switch. I've checked and rechecked (yes, that means cleaning/scraping) the ground points on the center column, steering column, and in the foot well. I can't think of what else it could be.

Now if it is in fact the ignition switch, any ideas how to repair/clean without replacing? I have a '92, so I have the security bar thing and don't know how I'm going to get in there. Does spraying some de-oxit at the connector seem like a retarded thing to do?
