I agree with Ken C on oll he said. We have been using Mintex pads for almost 17 years inn our shop with excellent results and the Bite is almost identical to the OE pads. I usually prefer OE parts but the Rolands Danblock that are OE groan at low speed and they dust like crazy. You will always have dust but some pads are excessive. If you have no dust you have napa or auto zone pads. Just remember all the chain parts suppliers are low bid. That means they put out a tender with minimum specs and the supplier with the lowest price gets the contract.
