Nox Question 700

Hey Guys my 740 waggy nonturbo blew high on the nox test.
I plan on seafaom, hi octane etc... I have been reading and it seems
like most people say to run it hot for 20 mins to get the cat warmed up
however some say for nox that is the worst thing to do since it measures
the temp inside the combustion chambers, they say have it as cold as possible.
Which does make sense to me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Regards,
Pat Cleveland OH
