Leaking filler pipe 120-130 1967

Hello,

Like George already said, it sounds like your fuel filler hose is cracked.

Radiator hose is not rated for fuel, so unless you want to do the job again in the near future, get the correct type of hose.

We get our fuel filler hose for 444/544, early 1800 and 122 wagon from Napa.

However, our local Napa dealer does not stock the hose and it has to be special ordered.

Although we want to stock the hose, they do not, so we have to buy the 3 to 4 foot lengths.

So they might want you to buy the entire length when you only need 6-8 inches.

The putty is probably undercoating and you will have to remove some to change the fuel filler hose.
