Convert US-Spec w/o Fogs to E-Code? 900 1995

I've got a 940 w/o integrated foglights with some awful looking plastic headlights.

I've got a pair of brand new e-codes and I realized that these are meant to replace the headlights from a model with foglights.

I recall folks posting that you can switch over the front-end from these two set-ups, so I'm wondering just what I need to do this conversion.

Aside from wiring, I know that I need the smaller front grill, but are there other bits and parts that are needed?

Most importantly, *can* I install these e-codes in this car?
