I took he dashpots apart and cleaned them, added new fluid but maybe I didn't put enough or something. At this point I'll have to revisit everything I've done. Played around with it again last night, still the same problem. As soon as you rev it the rpm's get stuck at 1200. The throttle plates do open and close freely.
