Suspension time... looking for info 200

Hi all,

I have a 1989 245 GL and it is time to do some suspension work. I am currently looking at replacing the bushings, then would like to go with IPD lowering springs, Bilstien HD's, adjustible rear pannard arm, and sways. Can anyone tell me what to expect when doing this change? Like it, not like it? What else should I do while in there?

The car is going to be the daily driver, so ride is fairly important. Experienced Brickboarders give me your opinions and if going this route what alignment to shoot for.

Thanks!
