changed front control arm bushings. Now they squeak. 200

I changed the ones in the rear of the front control arms. This was 6000 mi ago. I used original equipment bushings. Now squeaking.
What happened. Possible over torquing, or, perhaps, wheels not properly on ground while torguing.
They only squeak when cold.
Is there a remedy for this short of replacing the bushings again?

Id appreciate any input.
