paint 200 1991

i think your paint code color is 412 called verdigris metallic green
i have repainted 240's in this color

expect to pay for paint alone if you do it your self about 100 dollars for a quality color coat (412) and a quality clearcoat just for materials. this will the hood and not a lot more. if you go easy on the color coat and clear you might get into the roof for that 100.

you will find laying down the color coat to easy and simple. the real skill imo comes in laying down an even orange peel free clearcoat the first time.

make sure you air pressure settings, compressor water filter and air drier are all up to snuff for your paint gun/s before doing this job.

i suggest using two guns. one for color one for clear.

harbor freight makes a very adequate gun for the home owner would be repainter.
it isn't a professional gun but will do a very satisfactory job.

run your clear through this one, as the nozzle size is smaller and more suitable for clearcoat
