Check engine codes 231 and 221 200 1989

Evening all,
Time for the great seers...

I looked this 231 and 221 codes up in the FAQ for OBDI.

Where do I start poking around? Seems like AMM, low fuel pressure or air intake leak.

What is the easiest DIY way to test fuel pressure on 89 B230?

For code 231, the table says 'bad sensor' but which one are we talking about? O2?

After I clear the codes and restart motor, the CEL light comes back on immediately and same codes are stored.

ah the good life!
