940 Flame Trap Riddle

I will bump you here in hope that you get a solid answer, as I too need to do the same thing to the wife's '94.

It is there ..trust me. I do think it is mandatory the intake be removed ..actually unbolted and raised up ..maybe held up while working under it.

I have actually tried, and gave up ..as on our 940 there was a small part attached to the lower side of the breather box. I thought I was about to break it ..so I quit. It was round and silver ..if I recall.
